Colin Potter has been involved within the world of underground music since the late 1970s. He founded one of the earliest cassette labels in the UK (ICR), releasing work by artists such as himself, David Jackman, Andrew Chalk and others. He has been a quiet key figure in the production of work by several artists such as Nurse With Wound, Current 93 and Organum.
